The recall in question specifically affects only the 2013 model 1500 trucks and is an issue with the parking brake. A cable was not set properly during production of the vehicle and consequently the brake will not hold on a 20 percent grade. It is thought that 6,500 vehicle has been affected, so it is imperative that the recall is respected.
