That's right, dear readers; the new 2014 prototype of the three-row Dodge Durango SUV mas been spotted being tested. Boasting some exterior tweaks and interior improvements, the camouflaged Durango still houses some secrets yet to be revealed. Let's take a look at what we know about it so far. 2013 Dodge Durango prototype highlights

Exterior:

  • Shorter cross-hatch grille

  • Tail light design tweaks

  • Potential rear styling updates, based on the variants seen on the Charger and Dart

Interior:

  • Brand new steering wheel design

  • New paddle shifters

  • Most likely to be eight-speed automatic across the line

  • Engine options likely to be either the 3.6 liter V-6 or the 5.7 liter V-8


While the 2014 Dodge Durango is still in its prototype stage, it won't be much longer before we see some finalized details about options and features; as of right now, it seems like the biggest changes are on the inside while the outside only displays a few minor enhancements.
