If you'd like a job with Chrysler at the Toledo Assembly Complex later this year, you need to act fast. It started yesterday at 8am and probably won't last long; the automaker is looking for 1,105 highly qualified workers to join the ranks.

If you wish to apply, the only way they're taking applications is through the ChryslerCareers.com website under the Production-Warehouse section; that means no in-person or phone submissions. With pay starting at $15.78 an hour, workers can look forward to the production of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, of which Chrysler has invested $500 million towards all new equipment chosen to prepare for the job.

Chrysler spokesperson Jodi Tinson stated that as they're accepting applications, they're looking for the cream of the crop to ensure the best and most efficient manufacturing process possible. "We're looking for very qualified people that can start at a high level. We're looking for folks that are passionate, that can bring their intelligence, their ideas, and their commitment for this very important launch."1 Jeep unit chairman for UAW Local 12, Dan Henneman, said 100 workers have already begun working and are exceeding expectations.

Like we said before, you need to act quickly for your chance; when jobs opened last summer, the automaker received the target number of applications within 36 hours of the job posting. It's been a little over 24 hours so far. Get the idea?
