I would like to thank all the people at Fred Beans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram who assisted me recently with my '08 Jeep Wrangler; Derk Bradley, service advisor, who kept me courteously informed of all work being done; Bob Bradbury, who patiently and thoroughly repaired my transmission until it was right; Tim in parts was really helpful in getting me new tires; and Ron and his partner who correctly mounted and balanced the new rolling stock. Then Tim and Ron came outside and helped load my old tires into my friend's van. I've owned so many cars and trucks over the years from different dealers, but I have never experienced a group of guys who work so well together, and for the customer. Thank you again!

I have gotten to know the service team at Fred Beans DCJ well over the past 21 years since I bought my Dodge Stealth from the dealership when new in 1991. I currently own three Dodge vehicles, including the '91 Stealth, and all are serviced regularly at the dealership. Ken Calhoun is a master mechanic/technician whom I have come to trust working on all three vehicles. Justin in the service department is always helpful and ensures scheduling at my convenience. I consider both of these gentlemen friends whose highest priority is their customers' satisfaction.

Even though I arrived just before the service department was due to close on a Saturday to have a nail removed from my Dodge Ram tire, personnel insisted on removing the nail and patching my tire. Everyone was considerate and competent. I was back on the road in 35 minutes, and the tire is like new. Great job! I love my Dodge Ram, and I love Fred Beans service.
